Aldi has unveiled its Christmas food range with many tasty affordable starters, mains and puddings on offer. With Christmas being one of the most expensive occasions, shoppers can get their hands on some great bargains at discount supermarket Aldi. From flavoured mince pies to classic turkeys, the food store has every festive food you can think of as well as some new additions this year including Christmas food hampers.

Aldi said: “Offering a tempting twist on a festive favourite, Aldi’s new mince pies have been crafted with rich, all-butter pastry, then filled with spiced orange mincemeat and gin for a beautifully zesty, alcohol-infused eat.”

These are available right now and they have already been spotted by Aldi shoppers.

Posting on the Aldi Shoppers Facebook page, one savvy shopper posted the blood orange mince pies and wrote: “Found these in Aldi this morning…Can’t wait to try.”

The post gained hundreds of likes and comments with Aldi fans delighted over the new flavour.

The cheapest of the hampers is The Christmas Favourites Hamper which is available online at £19.41.

In total there are five goodies inside including a bottle of Specially Selected Argentinian Malvec, Iced Fruit Cake, Moser Roth Salted Caramel Truffles, a Chocolate Florentine Selection and Strawberry & Champagne Preserve.

The most expensive hamper comes in at £99 but this includes 25 treats including three bottles of wine.
