At the mere age of 26, Mira Kapoor has become best ‘mamma bear’ for her two adorable kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. She loves planning her kids’ birthday bashes, proving that she is not a regular mom, instead a cool one. From planning a ‘peppa pig’ themed party for her daughter, Misha during the lockdown to planning a ‘construction’ themed birthday party for her son, Zain, we are in awe of Mira’s party-planning skills. Now, the star-wife and mommy-bear has shared her tips and tricks with her fans to plan a perfect party for their kids.
Mira Rajput is a social butterfly and keeps her followers updated about her family life. Not only updating her followers, she frequently interacts with them with various fun topics. Now, Mira has done a quick Q&A session, asking her followers to ask their queries about planning a birthday party, and the lady was flooded with questions. When a user asked about the paper ice cream and pompoms she used at Misha’s birthday party, Mira replied, “I picked them up three years ago while travelling, for Misha’s first birthday party. Kept them since then. Will look for the box and post.” When asked about the place to get decor and loot bags, Mira replied, “1. Stuff kept from previous birthdays. 2. Amazon has great finds consider buying 2-3 different colour combinations you will get longer strings and you can arrange them in the colour you look. 3. Use whatever toys you have at home to serve in. 4. Order a backdrop or borrow one from friend. It ties everything together. Even better paint one with your kids! Loot bags- There’s plenty on Amazon.”
Other than this, Mira answered many other queries. When asked about the decor company that helps her with the preparations. Mira replied, “Me!!!”. Mira had used newspapers to wrap the return gifts on Misha’ birthday party and someone complimented her for her idea. Mira shared how one can reuse the newspaper and replied, “Newspaper is the best way to wrap returns! Better not to waste so much paper. Save it for the birthday kid! Great neutral canvas to jazz it up: Theme stickers/ craft ideas like Popsicle sticks, pom poms or have your child draw or paint on it to make it more special And you’ll never run out!” When asked about peppa pig wallpaper she used for Misha’s birthday, she replied, “Reused it from my niece’s birthday party!” Mira shared how to reuse stuff from other parties, borrow stuff from family and keep a close eye on things that you can pick from here and there. Talking about Mira’s obsession with the birthday parties, in an interview with The Times of India, the star wife had opened up on the same. Mira had revealed that she still loves the magic of ’90s birthday bashes when things were simple and parents were the event organisers. Mira had shared, “I really liked how we used to have birthdays when we were young. It was really small and intimate.
